Sober Coaching
Sober Coaching is a personalised programme designed for people who are drinking more than they want to, have stopped in the past and are not clinically dependent. I provide one-to-one mentorship, coaching and hypnotherapy to support you on this journey.

The best way to change your relationship with alcohol in the long run, is to take a period of abstinence with a strong focus on self-care and guidance.
We will meet regularly and as a minimum, I can help you to:
-
Change your thinking in support of a new relationship with alcohol.
-
Reconnect to your interests, health, and wellbeing.
-
Learn how to socialise with a non-alcoholic drink in your hand and enjoy it.
I will provide support for a minimum of four weeks, during which we'll develop a personalised program aimed at shifting your perspectives, beliefs, and attitudes towards alcohol and its role in your life.
Sessions can be online, at my clinic in Essex or a mixture of both.
-
-
You’ll think and feel differently about alcohol, giving you more control moving forward.
-
You will look younger, physically feel more energised and be more productive.
-
You will be sleeping better and thinking more clearly, more than you thought possible.
-
You will feel cleaner on the inside.
While alcohol will always remain addictive, we have the power to change your attitudes and beliefs. By doing so, when you choose to reintroduce alcohol, it will be on your own terms.
By the end of the alcohol-free period, you will have experienced an internal and external transformation.
-
Please contact Alcohol Change for more information or if you have concerns about dependency.
Sober Coaching is only available for Gray Area Drinkers (GAD). People who have stopped in the past (i.e. Dry Jan or for a sports event etc) and are drinking more than they want to. This is not for anyone who is clinically dependent.
If you are running Wellbeing initiatives, please don’t let this topic be a blind spot in your strategy. Instead, align some of your wellbeing activity to this societal shift.
You are likely to have employees who are ‘sober curious’. By normalising alcohol awareness and supporting sobriety, you’ll be encouraging them to make healthier choices.
Let’s talk more about how you can integrate Alcohol Awareness into your Wellbeing strategy.
I believe the workplace has significant responsibility in supporting the ongoing societal shift in alcohol consumption:
-
More and more people are changing their habits due to concerns about excessive drinking and a desire to prioritise their health and wellbeing. And they’re talking about it.
-
The Alcohol-Free industry is one of the fastest growing.
-
Even some restaurants are starting to have dealcoholized wine on the menu, by the glass

From the beginning, Lou understood our desired outcomes and collaborated with us to design an event that was creative and suited our culture. She was an excellent facilitator on the day, allowing time for necessary conversations, managing the agenda, and maintaining energy levels. We had a fantastic day and I am deeply grateful to Lou for managing the event, which allowed our leadership team to fully participate and connect with everyone.
